John C. Flanagan Award

The John C. Flanagan award is given to the best student poster at the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology annual conference.

Eligibility

To be considered for this award, the student must be the first author on the paper submitted to the conference's organizers.  All student papers who fit this criteria are automatically considered for the award.
