SEO Law Fellowship offers talented incoming law school students of color the opportunity to work at a top law firm during the summer before law school.
Law students begin the Fellowship Program with a 10-week summer experience that includes SEO Law’s Law Institute, a two-week intensive program that provides training in legal analysis, legal research and writing, and law school study skills and exam strategy, and a paid internship at a corporate law firm. Participating law firms generously invest in SEO Law Fellows by offering compensation for both their work at the firm and for participation in the Law Institute.
SEO Law places Fellows at prestigious firms in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus (OH), Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Orange County/Newport Beach (CA), New York, San Francisco Bay Area, Washington, D.C., and Wilmington.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for the SEO Law Fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Undergraduate GPA: 3.0
- Graduated (or will graduate in May 2021) from a four-year U.S. college or university
- Applying to law school and planning to begin a law program in the fall following this summer program
- Must take the LSAT or GRE prior to application deadline
