Award Description

The Goldwater Scholarship provides scholarship support to undergraduate students majoring in the natural sciences, engineering, and mathematics who intend to pursue research careers in these fields. The award provides support for tuition, room and board, books, and mandatory fees.

Award Benefits

Sophomores who are awarded the scholarship may receive up to $7,500 in each of their junior and senior years; juniors who are selected for the scholarship may receive up to $7,500 in their senior year.
